We’ll sit together in stillness, prayerful presence, and guided meditation — allowing ourselves to be held rather than fixed. You don’t need to arrive with clarity. You don’t need to have the “right” words or beliefs. You don’t need to be anything other than honest and open. Cancellation Policy
Deposit, Payments & Cancellation Policy PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We understand that life happens and sometimes plans shift. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while also honoring the commitments we make to Daughters Of Kauai, our service providers, and the preparation required to create this beautiful experience. Please review the policy before reserving your spot. Deposit & Payment Options * A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space. * You may choose to pay in full or set up a payment plan. Refund Policy * Refunds may be available up to 90 days before the retreat start date, under extenuating circumstances (to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis). * No refunds will be issued after the 90-day window. * Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future retreats. * Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 90 days and returned in the same form as payment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment. When you say yes to this retreat, we begin planning with your unique presence in mind—and we can’t wait to welcome you. Travel Insurance & Responsibility We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, delays, and lost or stolen items. It’s a simple way to protect your peace of mind and your investment when traveling internationally. By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge that Radha, daughters of kauai , and all affiliated service providers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during your travel or stay. That said, your safety and well-being are a top priority. If anything unexpected does arise, we will support you fully and help you get the best care possible.
