Through this experience, we create space to tune into the healing frequency of the island of Kauai, meet new friends, slow yourself down enough to truly listen to your body and heart and leave with a renewed sense of self-worth and meaning. Return home with a shift in perspective, feeling more at home in yourself with a deeper sense of belonging, purpose and connection.

Women's spaces allow us to come together authentically, to be truly present, and learn new ways of supporting each other held in wholeness, allowing for deeper soul connections.

Step into bliss with gentle restorative yoga and meditation. Deepen your spiritual connection, learn new tangible everyday practices to enrich your journey and return home with.
We welcome and value everyone from all spiritual paths, and walks of life. Our retreats are here to support each person to nurture their unique spiritual path. This is a faith anchored space, we may share devotional chanting/ song, meditations and prayer- you are welcome to join what calls to you, along paths of self-discovery, growth and healing regardless of your faith or religious background.

We will be sharing a fully catered nourishing wholesome meals, serving fresh farm to table island grown, plant-based vegetarian, high vibe cuisine. While sharing conversations around the importance of preparing and infusing food with love and intention.
